Managing Partner

Holly is Davidson Tyler’s founding partner and is among the most prolific and experienced recruiters in private equity. Persuasive, direct and compelling, Holly is known for her tenacity, integrity and insight into the private investment landscape. A true industry insider, Holly’s extensive relationships cut deeply and broadly across the worlds of venture capital, growth equity and leveraged buyout funds as well as global family offices, sovereign wealth funds, corporate investors and pension funds.

Prior to founding Davidson Tyler, Holly was a partner at another investment management-focused executive search firm at which she built and led the firm's highly successful private equity practice. Before beginning her career in executive search, she worked for top private equity investment and investment banking firms.

Holly holds a Master of Business Administration from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan. She lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her family and dog Maisie. In her free time, Holly enjoys skiing, golf, playing the viola, reading, doing the daily puzzles in the New York Times and serving as an Uber driver for her son.
